Miller-McEachern Named Executive Director of the NCGA
MADISON, Wis. – Jen Miller-McEachern, MIT’s Director of Varsity Equipment Operations, has been selected by The National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) as the association’s first ever executive director effective August 1, 2013. In addition to her new role with the NCGA, Miller-McEachern will continue to serve in her current position at MIT.
Miller-McEachern has managed the MIT varsity equipment room for the past five years and brings extensive experience to her new position after previously serving as the head women’s gymnastics coach at MIT from 2004-09. She received her Bachelor’s Degree and participated in women’s gymnastics at Springfield College and coached at both the high school and club levels prior to joining the MIT coaching staff in 2004. She is on track to earn her Master’s Degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University in September.

Jen's familiarity with the NCGA as well as her extensive contacts within the women’s gymnastics community should prove to be of great benefit to the association as it embarks on this new era for women’s gymnastics", commented WIAC Commissioner Gary Karner who coordinated the selection process on behalf of the NCGA.
The NCGA is comprised of 14 institutions competing at the NCAA Division III level in the sport of women’s gymnastics to include: Gustavus Adolphus College, Hamline University, Ithaca College, Rhode Island College, Springfield College, SUNY-Brockport, SUNY-Cortland, Ursinus College, Winona State University, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Stout and UW-Whitewater.
