Erin Roche started her present position at MIT in September of 2015. She has been with MIT since 2013, joining the the Office of Leadership Giving staff after working as a work-lift representative with the MIT Work-Life Center where she developed, organized and oversaw the Center’s numerous seminars. Before joining the MIT staff, Roche was a team leader with the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps in California and also worked as a research assistant at the Boston College Arts and Minds Lab.
Roche graduated from Boston College in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. At BC she was a captain of the Eagles rowing team and was named the BC Women's Rowing Athlete of the Year for 2011-12 as well as being named to the All-ACC Academic Honor Roll.
