Squash Looks to Regroup after Pair of Losses
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The MIT squash team
will try to bounce back when it visits Connecticut College tonight,
after suffering 9-0 defeats to the U.S. Naval Academy and George
Washington University last week. Both matches were played at Yale
University.
Connor Kirschbaum made a valiant effort in his outing against GWU.
After dropping the first game, 11-1, he recovered, before falling,
11-9, 11-9, to Brett Feldman.
Austin Anderson made things closest against the Naval Academy,
before succumbing, 11-4, 11-6, 11-7, to Benjamin Mantica.
After its match with Connecticut, MIT (2-9) will host Fordham
University this Saturday.
