Football Announces 2012 Freshman Class

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – A group of 22 student-athletes will make up the 2012 freshman class of the MIT football team head coach Chad Martinovich has announced. The group includes players from 14 states, with California and New York having the most in the class with three each. A student-athlete from Mexico is also among the class.

"I'm very excited about this year's incoming freshmen class," said Martinovich. "It's a very talented group and several of them will compete for playing time very early in their college careers at MIT."
