      <description>DALLAS, Texas &#x2013; Four members of the MIT football team were named to the 2013 National Football Foundation &amp; College Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society, the organization announced today. Seniors Chris Dessonville (Omaha, Neb.), Ethan Peterson (Ruland, Vt.), Russell Spivak (Scarsdale, N.Y.) and Richard Yoon (Rochester Hills, Mich.) were all named to the prestigious academic honor.</description>

      <title>MIT Football Adds Jack Curran to Roster</title>

Jack, a six-year old from Kingston, Mass., was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in June 2011 and comes to the Engineers through the Team IMPACT program.</description>

      <title>MIT Holds Off Nichols, 34-27, Clinches Winning Season</title>

      <description>DUDLEY, Mass. &#x2013; Trailing by three just before the half, MIT scored with eight seconds left in the first half and then scored the first 14 points of the second half before holding off Nichols College in the fourth quarter to take a 34-27 New England Football Conference victory. The win was the second straight win for the Engineers who clinched their first winning season since 1999. Sophomore Justin Wallace (Palatine, Ill.) rushed for 139 yards and a score in the victory.</description>
