CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Sophomore Zachary
Kabelac added another award to his growing resume following the
announcement of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC)
Division III New England Men’s Soccer All-Star teams. The
standout forward copped Second-Team honors and was one of four
players from the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic
Conference (NEWMAC) to earn All-Star accolades.
A NEWMAC All-Conference First-Team pick, Kabelac finished the
season leading the league in points per game (1.94) and goals per
game (0.82). He ranked second in points (33) and goals (14), tied
for third in game-winning goals (three), eighth in assists per game
(0.29), and tied for ninth in assists (five).
With just two seasons under his belt, Kabelac is tied for seventh
all-time at MIT in goals (24) and stands seventh in assists (13)
and eighth in points (61).
