2016-17: All-American (200 Back) … NEWMAC Champion (200 Back) … CSCAA Scholar All-American … broke the NEWMAC open and program record in the 200 back when touched the wall first and swam a time of 1:46.16 during the preliminary heats of the event at the NCAA Division III Championship … also finished 38th in the prelims of the 200 free (1:40.89) … at the NEWMAC Championship, claimed the league title in the 200 back with a time of 1:49.06 and also placed fourth in the 200 free (1:42.16), eighth in the 800 free relay (6:50.67) and 19th in the 50 free (22.05) … at the MIT Winter Invitational, touched the wall second in the 200 back (1:47.80), third in the 800 free relay (6:53.17), third in the 200 free (1:40.75), fourth in the 400 medley relay (3:24.11) fifth in the 200 medley relay (1:32.71) and 12th in the 200 free relay (1:29.29) … during regular season dual meets won three events – all the 200 back – against Brown & Bryant, WPI & Bowdoin and Amherst … also posted 21 top-5 finishes across all dual meets as a freshman … individually swam six NCAA “B” cut times over his rookie campaign.
