MIT Claims NEWMAC Championship Title

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - No. 1 seed MIT dominated the field in winning its seventh NEWMAC Men's Tennis Championship Title in a row on Saturday. After receiving a first round bye, the Engineers opened tournament play by blanking No. 4 U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 4-0, in the semifinals. MIT went on to shutout No. 2 Wheaton College, 4-0, in the title match.
