CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Behind 25 kills from Praveen Pamidimukkala, the MIT men's volleyball team won its fifth consecutive NECVA New England match by defeating Newbury College, 30-26, 30-26, 30-22 on Wednesday night. The Engineers' record improved to 7-2 on the year and 5-0 in conference play.
Pamidimukkala also tallied 12 digs for his third double-double of the season. Ryan Dean posted 15 digs, becoming a member of the AVCA 15 Dig Club for the fourth time this year. Along with nine kills, Michelangelo Raimondi notched Tech's lone ace. Jordan Wan distributed 47 assists while Scott Pollom recorded two total blocks.
