Arumugam Named NEWMAC Runner of the Week
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Hemagiri Arumugam was named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week on Monday following a 44th-place finish at the NEICAAA Championship. It was Arumugam's third such honor this year and fourth straight for Tech harriers.
Arumugam's time of 25:40 was good for 44th overall, as MIT had the highest finish among NEWMAC squads.
