Danielle Fitzpatrick returns to the coaching staff for her second year with the Engineers. Her primary responsibilities include practice planning, game preparation, on-floor coaching, post-player development and scouting.

Prior to her arrival at MIT, she was an assistant coach at UMass Boston and Wheelock College in addition to the Massachusetts Wildcats AAU program. Fitzpatrick was a WBCA Honorable Mention All-American at Brandeis University and led her team to an ECAC Championship during her senior year. She is a native of Stratham, N.H. and attended Exeter High School.
