Erica Gunn begins her third season as a member of the MIT basketball staff. Her primary responsibilities include practice planning, game preparation, on-floor coaching, guard development, scouting, and film exchange.

Prior to joining the MIT staff, she was as an assistant coach at NEWMAC rival Wellesley College for two seasons and has served as a coach at several New England area summer camps and with the Special Olympics. Gunn was a scholarship player at Division II UMass Lowell and attended Jeremiah Burke High School in Dorchester, Mass.
