Kathie Andrusin joined the MIT field hockey coaching staff in 2012 following an accomplished playing career at Bryant University. A two-time Northeast Conference all-conference selection, she was a two-year captain who helped lead the Bulldogs to their first conference tournament appearance during their first year of eligibility as a Division I program.
Andrusin served as a coach at the Northeast Clinic the past three years and the College of the Holy Cross Field Hockey Camp in 2011. She has also guided student-athletes at the Reading High School and North Andover High School camps in Massachusetts.
A 2012 Bryant graduate, Andrusin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received a trio of academic honor roll accolades from the Northeast Conference and was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I national academic squad twice.
