A former member of the men’s tennis program at MIT, Samuel Harmatz joined the MIT women’s tennis coaching staff as a volunteer assistant for the spring portion of the 2013-14 season.
Harmatz graduated from MIT in May 2013 with a B.S. in brain and cognitive sciences. A four-year member of the men’s tennis team, he was earned three first team All-NEWMAC awards and was selected as the NEWMAC Rookie of the Year in 2009. He plans to pursue a PhD in Neuroscience this upcoming academic year.
