Joanna MacKay and Leslie Hansen Named NEWMAC Doubles Team of the Week

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - For the second time in as many weeks MIT collected New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Weekly plaudits with Joanna MacKay and Leslie Hansen earning Doubles Team of the Week honors. Last Monday, Hansen was selected as the Singles Player of the Week.

The Engineers' No. 1 duo went undefeated in dual match play last week. MacKay and Hansen led off with an 8-6 victory over Tufts University and then posted a convincing 8-2 win against Springfield College.
