Hansen and Vishnevetsky Named NEWMAC Doubles Team of the Week

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – MIT’s top tandem of Leslie Hansen and Anastasia Vishnevetsky were tabbed for NEWMAC Doubles Team of the Week accolades following a 2-0 outing last week. The honor is the second for the pair this season after their previous selection was on Sept. 29.

Hansen and Vishnevetsky collaborated for an 8-1 victory over Wellesley College’s Jen Schwarzkopf and Mohona Siddique. They followed up this performance by not dropping a game in their 8-0 decision over Diana Fiumefreddo and Clair Oblamski (Smith College).
