CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – For the 10th straight season, the MIT women's volleyball team received multiple New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Conference selections after Jenny Li and Kelly Schulte were tabbed to the Second Team.
Li, a Second-Team pick last year, finished her career ranked in the top-10 at MIT for kills (1,110), hitting percentage (.247), and blocks (266). She paced the Engineers' attack with 284 kills and bolstered the defense with 114 digs and 48 blocks.
Schulte received her first accolade from the NEWMAC as she placed among the league's leaders in blocks per game (0.77). For the Cardinal and Gray, she ranked second on the squad in kills (266), hitting percentage (.250) and total blocks (89).
