2011: Played in 83 sets...134 kills...31 blocks...ranked fourth on the team in kills and fifth in blocks...posted 11 kills at Coast Guard (10/29)...recorded three blocks versus CCNY (9/30) and Smith (10/11).

2010: Played in 36 sets...45 kills...eight blocks...totaled a season-high seven kills and three aces against Montclair State (10/2)...posted three blocks at Gordon (9/4)...notched three digs versus North Park (9/24), Vassar (9/25), and Montclair State (10/2).

Off the Court at MIT: Majoring in biological engineering with a minor in brain and cognitive sciences...cellular therapies research and development intern at Baxter Healthcare studying the characteristics of CD34+ cell populations through assay design and development...was a website project intern at Hallmark Data Systems where she tested and developed websites...undergraduate research assistant in the Clark K. Colton Laboratory contributing to the 'Engineering Improved Beta Cell Replacements' project studying how human embryonic stem cells respond to different oxygen levels in the environment based on their resulting differentiation to ultimately make insulin-producing beta cells for the treatment of diabetes patients...also a member of the MIT women's basketball team...publicity chair for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee...panhellenic delegate for the Zeta Phi chapter director of Alpha Phi...Relay for Life team captain for Alpha Phi...served as the philanthropy and community service chair for Alpha Phi.

Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT because of the amazing opportunities this institute presents. I have the potential to pursue my athletic passion on the court while receiving an outstanding education in the classroom. The network of individuals involved in the various programs on campus is truly incredible. MIT provides the perfect environment to experience all that college has to offer while preparing oneself for success in the future. I found everything that I was looking for at MIT, and I am pleased with my decision to be a student athlete at such a world-class school.
