Alex has the skill base and background to be a threat from anywhere on the court. She is a strong player who had a big impact on the program in her first year. Alex started as an all-around player and earned conference and regional Rookie of the Year awards. After a season-ending injury early in the 2007 campaign, Alex came back with a vengeance in 2008 pacing the team in kills. In 2009, her calm, confident and fun demeanor on the court has the potential to lead the team to great success.
