Engineering Success, the MIT student-athlete well-being program, enhances the overall academic and athletic experience of student-athletes, with the goal of supporting the mental, emotional and physical health of student-athletes. This program offers the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners of MIT to address academic, career, emotional and mental health initiatives for student-athletes. Beginning this year, there is also an expanded focus on developing leadership – in the classroom, as a team member, and beyond.
