Brad Snodgrass is a two-time NCAA Diving Coach of the Year, honored in 2005 and 2008. He was also awarded NEWMAC Diving Coach of the Year accolades in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2016 and 2017. In 2005 and again in 2007 he coached MIT diver Doria Holbrook '08 to NCAA championship titles on the three-meter springboard.
In 2018 alone, Snodgrass coached four NCAA qualifiers (Blake Zhou '20, Deborah Wen '21, Dolly Payne '19 and Sam Solomon '20). Additionally Zhou finished as the National Runner Up on the 3-meter board and placed third on the 1-meter board in 2018.
Snodgrass is also employed at Novartis as a chemist.
