2016-17: Competed in 11 meets... Was 16th in the 5,000m at the D3 New England Outdoor Championship in 15:20.43 and fourth at the NEWMAC Championship with a time of 15:55.69... Ran a season-best time of 33:12.17 in the 10,000m at the Bears Invitational at Bridgewater State... Posted a time of 2:07.33 in the 800m at the Williams dual meet, which was his season-best and placed him 11th overall... Finished ninth at the D3 New England Indoor Championship in the 5,000m at 15:20.24... Ran a season-best time of 15:18.66 at the Tufts Cupid Challenge in the 5,000m and a time of 2:38.68 in the 1,000m in a tri-meet with Bates and Colby (also a season-best).

2015-16: Competed in seven indoor meets ... aided the DMR team to fourth place (10:31.28) at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (2/19-20) ... ran a personal best time of 2:39.83 in the 1000m at the Bowdoin Invitational (1/23), 8:45.05 in the 3000m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/29-30) and 4:24.39 in the Mile at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (2/6) ... competed in six outdoor meets ... finished sixth in the 1500m (4:06.74) at the NEWMAC Championship (4/30) and 13th in the 5000m (15:26.80) at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship (5/5-7) ... notche career best times of 4:02.67 in the 1500m when he crossed the line fourth at the Sean Collier Invitational (4/23) and 15:12.74 in the 5000m when he finished sixth at the MIT Quad (4/9).
