Women's Fencing Finishes Fourth at New England Championship

- The Lead: The MIT women's fencing team captured fourth place at the New England Intercollegiate Fencing Championship on Saturday. The sabre squad finished in second place as first-year Anita Dey Barsukova (Richardson, Texas) tied for third place in the individual standings. Juniors Karen Gu (East Hanover, N.J.) and Stephanie Li (Greenwood Village, Colo.) both had career-best performances as they tied for third place in foil while the Engineers ranked fourth overall. Junior Taiylor Nunn (Westport, Conn.) paced the seventh-place epee unit by finishing in 12th place.
